Rare white tiger triplets born last year at a safari park in Weihai,
northern China’s Shandong Province are now ready to be weaned. The triplets
– two of which are pure white and one of which has black stripes – were born
on 26 November 2011. After they were born the park had to find a surrogate
dog mother to nurse them. She has done her job well and the healthy triplets
are doing so well that they’re now ready to move onto eating solids.
